Fitness Weekly Wrap Up Week #9
Okay, okay… I need to get back on the bandwagon for this! It’s been a few months… 😞
I took a break because I traveled to Maryland for a wedding back in October, and haven’t gotten back into working out. With daylight savings, getting sick and the holidays it really kicked us in the butt!
I’m going to start tracking my macros this week to help get me back in the routine. It helped so much 3 years ago when Chase and I were doing it religiously. We both want to get back to feeling our healthiest and I think this is a great way! I’ll keep you posted and let you know how it goes!
Monday: We all went out on a 1.54 mile walk. It was freezing, but it was still nice to get out and get some fresh air.
Tuesday: Had intentions of strength training, but my night got the better of me, and I ended up talking to a friend. Which was good for my mental health.
Wednesday: Again I didn’t do anything. We did however get a set of weights (heavy ones too) and will be incorporating that into my training.
Thursday: I ran a quick 2.3 miles with the stroller. It was a fairly cold day and I just needed to get out and do something for me.
Friday: Again I didn’t work on anything.
Saturday: I ran 5.4 miles, which included 2 hills and 2 downhills. I got up early 6:00 and was out the door by 6:30am. It took a little bit for me to get warmed up to running, but once I got warmed up I kept running. I did walk a few times, but it wasn’t for very long. I also had to be back at the house at a certain time, and so I think that was my quiet motivation.
Sunday: Took Kason on a stroller walk. We walked about 2 miles. The sun was shining and I had to take advantage of that!
